It's not by Your Power

"That day the LORD made Joshua a great leader in the eyes of all the Israelites, and for the rest of his life they revered him as much as they had revered Moses."
- Joshua 4:14 (NLT)

No need to desperately try to put up a great image for your downlines.
If you are genuinely following God, it will all naturally happen.
Your downlines would naturally see your maturity and your faith in God.
And besides, it is His power you want your downlines to see, not yours!
You don't need to hide yourself in a facade you make out of worry that they won't be inspired with you if they see the real you.
Let the people you disciple learn from everything that happens in your life!
Because from the moment you committed in mentoring them, your life becomes an open book for them to learn from. They are inspired by your achievements, but they are personally touched by your brokenness and how God has made you whole.

We serve a broken world. No need to fake that you don't experience brokenness.
Show the world how God deals with brokenness by admitting you're weak and it is God who is powerful!
